3. E13/E14 - zero crossing signal error - E13 is zero crossing signal, and the interval is too long; E14 is the current cycle error. According to experience, this signal is unlikely to have an internal fault. The possible reason is that the 220V mains supply is unstable. There are two ways to eliminate it: first, turn off the power switch and turn it on again; Second, turn off the power, unplug the power plug, and turn it on again after an interval of 1 hour or more. It may need to be repeated several times. Repeat the second method several times without solving it. The possible reason is that the 220V mains power quality is too poor, or it is an internal fault

4. E21 - scan rack home position error 1. Within 10 seconds after the main switch is turned on, the output of the scanning frame home position sensor remains at the low level (cut-off state), or after the scanning frame returns during the copying process, its output remains at the low level (cut-off state)

5. E22 - scanning frame home position error 2. The output of the scanner home position sensor remains at a high level (on state) within 4 seconds after the general start is turned on, or its output remains at a high level (on state) within 0.3 seconds after the scanner is started

6. E2A - the fourth/fifth reflector home position error 1. Ten seconds after the fourth/fifth reflector motor is driven, the output of the fourth/fifth reflector home position sensor remains low

10 E40 - error in thermistor of optical part

11. E42 - high voltage leakage. The high-voltage power board detects leakage and sends leakage signals to the main control board for more than 1 second

12. E52 - fusing error 1. The thermistor detects that the temperature does not reach 100 ℃ within 24 seconds (NA) or 35 seconds (EU) after the main switch is turned on. In order to clear this fault state, refer to note 3

13. E53 - fusing error 2. The thermistor detected that the temperature exceeded 255 degrees. To clear this fault state, refer to note 3

14. E54 - fusing error 3. After the main motor is disconnected, the fusing lamp is continuously on for timeout. To clear this fault state, refer to note 3

15. E55 - fusing error 4. The temperature value of thermistor does not change for a long time or exceeds 20 degrees per second
